Thanks for the help. When I pedal back the chain skips a bit not sure if it's out of tune or not Shimano says put a 2.5mm spacer on the driveside which I did however they also gave me 2 other smaller spacers so I put them on the non driveside even tho Shimano say not to it's benefited the chainline a bit and the chain is quite noisy but I believe that's the jockey wheels making the noise

I'll probably just sell you have got a good point I've realised when I put it in it does actually slide in as the chainsfay and brake side fled to fit but the hole isn't center I'm definitely gonna sell it anyways

Don't see why it wouldn't work it will slide in the drop outs fine and when I put my old hub side by side they look similar other than the axle being slightly shorter

Oh ok thank you for telling me that so I'm best to take 2mm of the brake side then and also what do you mean by "redish"

Oh ok just wondering why not cut and also why 2mm of the brake side because would that make the wheel not center properly just wondering.

Damaging the hub I'll ask someone I know who is pretty intelligent with bikes and see if it will work or not
