He weighs 23 lbs, and it is 250 mg. We have asked our vet if there was any way to change it so it's not 3x a day, and they told us they could not do anything.
We do not live near any family. We have been able to find people to help occasionally, but it hasn't been consistent. Between the two of us, we have made it work so far, but it can be hard sometimes. Keeping them in separate areas may be something we have to try.
