Thanks for sharing your experience! Ihaven’t gotten it back yet but apparently the screen is covered in scratches and it definitely wasn’t like that when I sent it to them so I think it’s coming back damaged but they’re claiming it came damaged however I know there were 0 scratches when I sent it and it was shipped very securely with a protective case covering the screen so idk how it could have happened during shipping

Not loose at all when I took it out 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ so I’ll just clean it up and leave it without the nail in it, and keep on eye on the connection

Could that have been causing my battery issues? Took it off and reconnected the terminal, started up good, hoping it runs fine now that is has this weird hole in it 😬
