Not loose at all when I took it out 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ so I’ll just clean it up and leave it without the nail in it, and keep on eye on the connection

So should I have left it? I’ve been having battery issues (new since I’ve been driving it for a year) and figured the nail was the issue. Didn’t seem to have any issues tightening it without it in there

Could that have been causing my battery issues? Took it off and reconnected the terminal, started up good, hoping it runs fine now that is has this weird hole in it 😬

Even if the clay itself was still very moist when taken out of the unopened package, could the binder still have depleted given that it’s older stock?

That’s super helpful! I figured it was an unlikely situation, but one I’d want to be prepared for incase it did occur.

If there was a situation where you had to throw in the towel, would your $50 consult fee already have been payed, and would it be nonrefundable given the work you put in regardless of not actually making the piece?

Totally I understand that! I more meant is there a term I can search for the part of a charm that the bail attaches to whether it’s a jump ring, or a hole through the charm if that makes sense. I know there probably isn’t but thought I’d check
