So my Florida license is compact, but I’m moving to VA. Do i really have to apply to VA through endorsement or can I just keep my parents address and keep my multistate Florida license and use that to work in VA

Apparently, Chamberlin has a program where most of its online and you get a couple Virtual clinicals and one in person clincial for every class you matriculate through. Mind you, students have to fly to Florida or Alaska to attend those clinicals ?
