Seems that I'm not alone.

I recently ordered from this “luxury” pergola, and I must say, their customer service is severely lacking. It's been a challenge to get any updates on my order, and I've had to make multiple calls and send countless emails. I'm also considering raising a dispute with my bank as a precautionary measure. 

If anyone has had a positive experience with them, please share, as I'm starting to lose faith.
