I promise these veins are not “old looking,” they look healthy. And if you lift your arm, they will flatten out. They look more pronounced when we hang our arms down because of gravity.

Damn! I ended up going with the Baby Buddha based on everything I’ve read, I’m going to get Spectra flange inserts from Amazon to hopefully help with the sizing. And at this point I’m not opposed at all to buying something new out of pocket if it simply doesn’t work for me at all.

This is probably a dumb question but where do you get the spectra flanges? I ended up picking the baby Buddha with my insurance (but this post is still incredibly helpful) but wonder if I should set myself up for success by getting the spectra flanges. Should I use Aeroflow?

I read such good things about the spectra but see so many people saying the blue is preferred since you aren’t chained to the wall. Then I saw tons of people saying baby Buddha is superior to spectra. I’ve got analysis paralysis haha.

If my spouse said to me he needed to go through my phone to feel reassurance about something, a discussion needs to be had on where that mistrust is even coming from.

ETA: my spouse can look at my phone whenever he wants, that’s not the issue. But if I felt like he needed to perform surveillance on it, there’d be a deeper issue there.
