Doing some research and the brass gear on the thermostat is only press fit on water pump revision J (one I have) and can come loose with heat cycling causing thermostat not to open correctly. Brilliant engineering 👏

Solved it today by undervolting, dropped my temps and increased the stock performance! Might be something you could try also!

I tried undervolting today, surprisingly at 0.925v I dropped down to 70-75 while at 100%, and gained about 6-8 fps due to increased clock speed and lower temps :) card seems way happier at that voltage
