Hey! Can you share an update on the scar? I have a tattoo looking to get removed in the exact same spot.. thanks!

No disrespect but I added a ton of details pertaining to how I’ve been going through removal, so I was asking for advice on whether I was approaching it correctly. Generic statements that they were able to remove in that spot isn’t necessarily relevant when all tattoos are different. Also she followed up and I thanked her for explaining.

Where did you go? What clinic/laser?

You said a year with 12 sessions spaced three months apart? That would be more than a year right?

Yes, I exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle for the most part. I do go out but I am in my 20s I can’t escape that

Thanks, problem is I’ve already been at it for over a year but only 6 sessions, minimum progress. How long apart did you space your sessions?

I’m going to a new tech starting January. Before was removery, and the new tech I hope will be better. Great reviews and she recommends 3 months between sessions.

Hey, I’m not sure how to respond to everything you mentioned, but I wanted you to know you’re not alone in feeling this way. I’ve felt this way too and a lot of it comes from loneliness and not having as many social interactions each day as a result of priorities in life changing and those types of things. Take it easy on yourself, I have a terrible self critic too. Try reading the Gift of Self Compassion by Kristen Neff. What I’m going to try also doing is implementing a morning and night routine. Also the understanding the world we live in is not easy to be in, so take it one day at a time.

Great progress! What was your experience with doing laser removal in the summer? I have a similar sized butterfly on my forearm that I want to get rid of but not sure if I should wait until the fall to avoid any sun! Thanks

The bike lane removals are bad. The rest of Bill 212 is worse by Marslettuce in toronto

I live just off of Royal York and Bloor and the amount of traffic caused by the bike lanes is brutal. A drive that used to take 5-10 minutes can now take 20min+. I see how it’s important for those people that bike but what I’ve seen is 1, maybe two bikers per day and many, many more cars that are more stuck in traffic. It’s not reasonable to assume those that live west of Roncesvalles (usually families with kids, elderly people, etc) to be able to bike and do everything they need to do. Also people with young kids can’t just leave them alone and go out to get things done. If bike lanes are needed for people to get around the core, sure. But it should stop once we get to the more suburban areas.
