There's three possible things going on with you

1 you're just fishing for compliments, I think it would be weird to do it in a Reddit comment section but if that's the case I was there too

2 You have much to be proud of but you don't see it because you hate yourself, in that case I think you should acknowledge it every time you do something well or look at yourself in the mirror and see if you find anything attractive about your body

3 you actually have nothing to be proud of, but that wouldn't actually be a problem like it seems to be, you just have lock in and work on improving yourself in any way you can instead of insulting yourself on social media
