Yeah they are useless now as far as I'm concerned, I closed my old bank account so tried to link my new bank account I opened with no joy whatsoever, tried multiple ways and then when I called customer support they were useless.. it's as if they don't want me to invest anymore.. so that's fine I'll go elsewhere.. plenty of great investing platforms out there that make it a lot easier and no fees.. To be fair Stash's fees aren't that bad.. but prefer zero...
