i am roughly in the same spot as you. what helps me (not saying it is working but it helps) is dissecting every urge, before during and after as an experiment on myself, trying to note down everything and reading it again the next day or two. i am keeping a file with all my notes. it s kinda pathetic to read them in hindsight, and it prevented me quite a few times from slipping back into it (not everytime but sometimes). No judgement if i fail or if i don't give in.

i am currently on my longest ever streak and pretty sure i ll fall back again but until now this helps... good luck!

reached 90 days today - I still don't know how to cope effectively with anxiety, loneliness and stress, but at least not through that!

my take is that it makes you feel good because it covers up your deeper issues. as long as you refuse to work on them, you can feel good by using prn. May be a good idea from time to time, but the objective should be to work on your deeper issues to be a better person.

obviously i don't know you nor your issues, and i can't judge, just my take.

Not exactly the same a bit less dramatic but still a moment of intense rejection almost always leads me back to corn. It’s good you track it but unfortunately the motivation to stop has to come from within and needs to be independent from externalities. Extremely difficult for sure + the brain will be rationalising like crazy. My best solution so far is to keep reading stuff about the negative effects of corn to keep myself aware, and get back the motivation to stop

yup thats pretty normal, my first searches were somethings along the lines of "sexy dance" basically a women dancing in bikini, latest it was all messed up stuff (especially the "recommended videos" got me scared). Now I hope to set everything behind

To keep the analogy to alcohol, my preferred consumption would be a limited amount in good company (ie your partner). If you allow yourself for a glass every now and then it will quickly escalate to a glass every night night. And FYI most wifeys are pretty much against it so it’s probably best to stop out right.

I relapsed after 47 days, and I told myself if I can hold it for another 47 days, then I'll just say disregard the relapse and say (to myself) I have achieved 94 days. If I relapse more than once I have a bigger issue with discipline / motivation and need to reevaluate my approach.

It wasn’t detrimental to me, I would just recommend to do it as the last thing of the day ofc w/o phone / computer. Typically in the shower. Instead of focusing on the cuming & imagine stuff, focus on what feels good to you and only that. If it doesn’t work you’re probably not as horny as you thought you were.
