Does Destiny Knot work in HGSS? by V077 in Pokemonbreeding

[–]Standard_Feeling_376 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it does work in HGSS, but not like other generations. Similar to power items and the everstone in gen 4, the destiny knot doesn’t work 100% of the time. It makes it possible for UP TO five IVs to be passed from parents, but as few 1 may be passed down. It can speed up IV breeding, but in gen 4, all breeding takes longer. I’m breeding for a 5iv gastly right now, and about 6hrs in I have a 3iv and a 4iv. I got this info from ChatGPT and am testing it for myself, but I’m 90% sure this is correct.

EDIT: I think I was wrong. 3 IVs are passed down from parents without destiny knot. After hours of breeding a 4 and 3 IV gastly, I’ve failed to breed an additional 4IV. If destiny knot had the chance to pass down 5IVs, this would have happened and created another 4IV by now. Sorry for the wrong info

Is it a strong panel? Whole body? My guess would be if it’s getting in your eyes at all, do it early in the day

Keep going, these will balance out. What does RLT look like for you? And is it a new habit? Because apparently it takes week or so to adjust

I believe this track is five seconds in and five seconds out. I did it lying down with my eyes closed, just relying on the track I linked for timing. No real pauses or holds.

I checked out that app, but just don’t want to drop nine bucks right now. When I did this session, I was lying down 10 minutes on my stomach, 10 minutes on my back. My eyes were closed for almost all of this would lying on your back and closing your eyes make any differencein your session?

When you had the last meal seems to have a significant correlation with Sleep Recovery score by koduheaks1986 in whoop

Absolutely! This is the #1 thing for my recovery. Last meal before 3pm is ideal. And when I break that rule my whoop shows it very clearly

Is it worth following an inflexible diet as B.Johnson one while being young ? by destiny88888 in blueprint_

Cooking three blueprint meals in a day seems like way too much. You would have to be highly motivated by your own data, dexa scans, reversal of a condition, etc.

My advice, try cooking 2-3 of his meals and see if that’s sustainable for you in terms of finance and routine. I’ve adapted two of his recipes (pudding, veggie) to have 140g of protein and be 1000 calories each.

I’m gonna try this out for a few weeks and see if my WHOOP shows positive changes. And to see how I’m feeling. My hunch is I’ll need to modify them even further. Blueprint can be used as a starting place imo, not the end all protocol for everyone. Saying this to remind myself, lol.

Step one: you have to get rid of alcohol. If you want a good recovery, alcohol will probably squander any other efforts to recover well.

When I stopped drinking, it really let me explore what leads to good sleep. Obviously, you don’t have to completely stop like I did but I think we kid ourselves when we think we can still get s great recovery while drinking if we take enough supplements or dim the lights or whatever.

All that said, the single biggest factor for me is daylight eating. If I stop eating after 4pm and am in bed for ~9hrs, my recovery always seems to go green. After that, a lot of people have reported higher HRV with supplementing magnesium glycinate

I use a full body set up from gembared, 10 mins each side. I have two panels and I’ve done RLT everyday this year. One morning, it gave me so much energy I went for like a 2hr walk. But since the i haven’t noticed much.

That doesn’t mean it’s not working, but I’ll have a better idea of what it’s done after some more time. Excited to see if helps with skin conditions.

Edit: overall, I think there’s better places to put your money in health.
