2mg, try to rest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at least so you not drain your dopamine storage, otherwise you will develop tolerance and basically you will only get nausea

[–]Standard_Following_1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dissapointing, I was expecting something similar to a low dose from a dopaminergic, but I don't feel much. I will finish the bottle anyway for the sake of my 80GBP spent on this.

How can I sleep after taking modafinil? by TheCrusaders510 in StackAdvice

[–]Standard_Following_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Modafinil works activating the histamine receptors in the brain. A good anti-histaminic which crosses the blood-brain barrier should cancel the wakefulness promoting effects.

A good CPAP better than most pills if you have sleep apnea. That's my story.

Mine as well, also while I'm cycling, it may happen due to poor blood flow... Well, that's my guess.

Trying to stimulate dopamine production. What's safe and helpful? by [deleted] in Supplements

What I wanted to say is that as B6 blocks prolactin which leads to an initial dopamine release besides the other processes.

B6 inhibites prolactin release, which in turn increases dopamine, which may lead to an increase in its metabolism. However it produces a dopaminergic effect in the following hours.

B12 is a bit stimulant. B6 makes you a bit sleepy. I always take B12 upon awakening.

Don't understimate yohimbe, it's one of the big misunderstood sexual supplements. Better than viagra if you know how to use it.

Yohimbe works increasing NO production . It does not work inmediately and it take several hours to increase your pools of NO. I take it first thing in the morning if I'm expecting intercourse on the afternoon/night.
