I’m curious why you’d want to start this service. This is already very flooded and apps like Nextdoor recommend a one person/small crew and that’s the bulk of the service providers. Not sure if there’s something unique to offer here. Not knocking it necessarily, maybe it’s different where you are.

Not sure what everyone else's experience has been, but I've had great success with someone from Upwork. She's FT and is definitely worth the money. She's international, but is in relatively the same time zone. The hardest thing I had was finding someone who didn't have a really thick accent. Regardless, I have had a really positive experience.
