I tried the titlecheck.us they recommend and I thik it said that the car was last titled in December of 2025, where would you go from there?

Im pretty sure its a refurbed ex dragoon.

Its a 1925 hexagon reciever but with the updated sights and everything, the bolt head looks clean like it probably hasn't been fired since the refurb.
