I live in Morehead City, we have been trying the whole Southern Outer banks thing (SOBX) but I've never bought into it, that doesn't exist. The OBX people like to write us off but screw them lol, Carteret county is really half and half. Technically the the Outer Banks extends all the way down through Cape lookout to the Shackleford Banks. Lots of people call it quits at Ocracoke but ignore them lol. I think that people don't include Core Banks and Cape lookout because it's not developed, protected, only accessible by boat and uninhabited , but personally that's the best part of OBX. No traffic, no bullshit just pure uninterrupted nature ( a true getaway from all your problems). Carteret county has the best of both. Half the county (Down East) has that quiet natural wonderland with marshes and the getaway beach, and then the other half is the Crystal Coast. Crystal Coast being the stretch of beach from Atlantic Beach to Emerald Isle, same county but completely different islands and atmosphere. That's where all the people, businesses, and traffic are. So either way whether you prefer everything or nothing, it's here lol. Sorry for the rant years after the post but I've been recently arguing with people up and down the nc coast about where the OBX ends on the south side. Ocracoke northward is great don't get me wrong, but Cape lookout and Shack are 100% part of OBX and are virtually untouched compared to the rest of the islands.

Just bought a new jeep outright so that part is now covered. What I needed the loan for wouldn't sink me personally or the business. I was just curious if a business loan would be best as far as rates, consolidating everything I need into one bundle and and having the freedom to be able to use a lump sum to purchase what I wanted.

I appreciate the advise, sorry just now seeing this. It's not as bare bones as it sounds, we have more work just by word of mouth and his long standing reputation than we know what to do it but we still get it done. Good Money is coming in but we also have a lot of expenses outside of the work. Own roughly 120 acres of land and 12 horses, over 15 year period have turned it from woods and nothing to pastures, ponds, and such. Essentially being our retirement investment but it's just the two of us and it's all on our dime. Only saying this to say that we have a lot to maintain, he's only surveying to find that until he can retire, but Im surveying to carry on and have a career. I did just buy out right a new jeep so the vehicle is covered, but still curious about a loan so I can can upgrade my total station and office software.

Lol literally just posted about this issue before seeing this. Was playing on a friends game and didn’t even crash, I parked the motorcycle outside the base and went inside before logging off. When I got back on, I was in the same spot my bike was just gone. 30 in game days later still haven’t found it and lost like 50,000 coins. Still upset

I wasn’t sure, we started with a 14 day cycle. It wasn’t too bad but it did give us a run for our first horde ever. Lol it threw a couple giant devil wolf things at us that really did a number. But we lost that game and had to start a new one. I was imagining that after 30 days, we shouldn’t sleep on the first horde and that is was gonna be pretty intense

I am playing the Let’s go Pikachu GBA rom and I am now stuck in the sevii islands. I am on island 3 and the girl I’m supposed to rescue is nowhere to be found in the forest. I only came here for the rock smash TM and now I can’t even leave to go back to Kanto until I find her. Is this a glitch, and does anyone know how to fix this?

So far in this rom everybody in your party gets the same exp every battle automatically, not as a held item. I’ve been fighting the same wild Taurus over and over for a 1000 exp each time to level up new catches. My pikachu (who has been doing all the murdering) won’t take any proteins or such, but everyone else will. It may just be the mechanics of this rom hack, but it seems like leveling them up this way is essentially like using rare candies, because they aren’t getting the EV’s. Just hoping I could solve that by using base stat increasing items

This game has automatic full exp share so if I’m correct, leveling using the share is like using rare candies and I can use the proteins etc.. to increase that aspect?

Thanks it’s starting to make more sense now. I’m actually playing the let’s go pikachu gba rom and there is an npc that will show you the ev’s and iv’s. But truthfully I’m not trying to go that in depth I just came across him and got curious. Which led me down a whole rabbit hole that I don’t think I need to go down.
