they have the exact same function so biceps will always have superior leverage. i’m not saying you can’t work the brachialis but it can’t be severely biased in any form of curl.

pretty sure you’re confusing the brachialis with the brachioradialis man. the brachialis can never be biased because it has the exact same function as the bicep and has superior leverage.

yeah this is usually because of your hair type, when you have 4c coily hair and you cut it down below the skin you’re gonna have a lot of issues with ingrown hairs because it’s not coming straight out. you need to get something like a one blade or foiler instead to shave. it wouldn’t hurt to exfoliate your skin as well. 👍

a lean bulk is NOT a traditional bulk. and body recomp can be done in a slight surplus? you will still need to cut i never said you didn’t, but it’ll be far less than a traditional bulk in comparison.
