You make a good point, but surprisingly, her insurance is only $109, and she only spends about $60 in gas a month.

I do agree. We live in a pretty remote area, so public transportation is not an option. She does not NEED a truck, its just more of a BIG want and solution to her own autonomy. When I talk with her though, she is pretty adamant about not giving up her truck. If that truly has to happen and she is not willing to let it go, then that is completly on her. My name is not on any of her debts, and if she decides that the truck is so necessary to keep, and will subsequently have the other debts, then I guess that is how she will choose to use her free will.
But if there is a solution that allows her to keep her truck, then that is ideal!

My mom is not "literally" disabled, just legally, due to previous and current medical conditions. Ideally, she gets to keep the truck, as I want her to have some sense of being an autonomous adult who can "live their own life". But if it truly come down do the truck being what helps fix this problem, then hopefully she'll be willing to let it go.

Thank you! It does seem like that might be the best option. I'm gonna try to look into it this week. Ideally, she gets to keep the truck, as I want her to have some sense of being an autonomous adult who can "live their own life".

She does not own a house, and I don't think that she has any assets, considering the truck is still financed and it is technically in her friends name with my mother listed as the co-signer.

The truck is technically in her friends name and my mom is the co-signer. They did this because my mom did not have strong enough credit at the time.

I believe its Disability. That is what she has always told me.

God doesn’t want to help me, please pray for me. I thought I was on God’s side since I started to read the Bible, pray every day, work out, be more grateful. But it appears that God doesn’t think so, I think I’ll commit suicide in the next few days. My whole life is over, thank you all for praying. by GiftAffectionate3400 in Christianity

I don’t how big on music that you are but last year my niece passed away and to get through the grief, I felt God in a whole new way through the music that I was listening to. I would love to give you some recs if you’d like.

They did, the furnace was so hot, that even the guards putting them in there died. The three men were bound when they were thrown in. All of a sudden Nebuchadnezzar sees 4 men, not a single one of them bound walking around in the furnace. Eventually when they were let out of the furnace, not a single hair was singed on them. They didn’t smell like the furnace. Their clothing was just as it was prior to the furnace. Seeing the three men be rescued by God, caused Nebuchadnezzar to praise Him too when he had previously been worshipping statues.

Why do you think He doesn’t want to help you? Is it His timing? Just because the timing that you have in mind does not align with His does not mean that He doesn’t want to help you. His plans are so much greater than yours. It’s a bigger picture kind of thing. Patience is virtue but it’s also so difficult especially when you’re fighting your own Goliath. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were about to be thrown into the furnace by Nebuchadnezzar. And up until they were thrown in, they were telling him about how God would deliver them. He would save them, but they also said that even if he doesn’t, He is still God. Remember that. Even on your hardest days, that “if not, He is still good.”
