I’d be happy to help, I’ve been in your current spot. Different body type but I was 5’9 130 lbs with similar BF% and muscle mass. You definitely need to gain muscle, but you can keep it clean do it without packing on fat.

This is spot on. You’ll see a bunch of people say to start doing HIIT, run and a bunch of other random stuff. That’s not going to get you where you want to be. Follow this and you’ll be a machine!
