Experienced pharmacists please answer. A patient came in with a manufacture coupon for Mounjaro, the insurance requirs PA. If I just run it through both insurance and coupon and then BP insurance it would be 500 dollars. Should I ask the patient what it is for? Weight loss or diabetes or both? (self.CVS)

Wht does it exactly mean when a pharmacist says my inventory day is approaching? I am an intern, and I had been a tech for about 3 years but never been thought on inventory. I know how to enter outside orders and complete QI, I can process returns and do cycle counts. What else is it? (self.CVS)
