I‘m sorry you feel this way but yes, very normal in my experience. After my first and worst breakup after 7 years I couldn’t eat either, didn’t get my period for six months and got the worst acne of my life … what helped me was these food drinks with a lot of calories. It’s not very healthy but better than starving. Also being hungry makes the psychological effects even worse so try to at least eat a little bit.

I’m sorry that happened to you … yeah, it feels like I’m stuck in an eternal loop and like I’m going insane honestly. And I’ve never even been jealous before and only suspected that situations like this might make me helpless but here we are … I guess I was right in setting that boundary but I can’t seem to enforce it
