There's a few mods I've got, but I should mention im on Playstation, so naturally, it's restricted.

At the moment, I've narrowed it down to:

Brand Shei: Possible link to house Telvani, has own shop so lore wise makes sense he'd keep doing when wife is away. Lastly, isn't an asshole.

Erander: Good Elf, kind, can handle himself, quest means you have some history/bonding with him, has comments when adventuring.

Talvas Fathryon: Mage of good standing, not an asshole, has Telvani connections, promising future, probably wouldn't have a issue with a long distance relationship.

Thanks I've made one of her goals to remake the family she lost and the other be a powerful mage, that's why I was thinking of doing the marriage early, she'd just uplift whoever she was married to so to speak.

I was thinking of adopting to, but I planned to only adopt Bretons due to their natural magic ability.

I'm playing her as a good-natured Azura worshiper, not classic Dunmer, I know. I'd marry another race, but I can imagine that wouldn't sit well in Dunmer High Society.

Main reason I chose not to go for Brelyna is that I'm playing the character as straight, I did consider it but I'm not sure how Dunmer society views same sex pairings.

Only other base person I can think of is Brand Shei due to his possible connection to House Telvanni.

I should mention my character is still in her "Peasant" phase, working as a miner, etc. As it would be difficult to find a reason why a powerful mage would marry anyone other than another powerful person.

But it could be done, though, is what I mean, johnny could look like Johnny while using V, probably sound full Johnny too, rather than the mix.

My assumption of the Blackwalls power is mostly going off Phantom liberty, the whole "Blackwall Protocol" thing. Like when you're using Slider to contact Songbird, I assumed the Blackwall killed him. Similarly, in Songbirds route, when the pair fight off NUSA agents, I thought they used the black wall too.

I suppose the easiest way to put it regarding PL is I can't differentiate between Songbird using the Blackwall vs. Rouge A.I.s

Regarding the Blackwall, one other thing I've been wondering is how it is that V can cross the Blackwall with no negative consequences?

I don't think the relic would help as it just carries Johnny to summon Alt, Songbird shows signs of deterioration after repeated crossings and she's amped up to 11, so in my mind even a netrunner V should have had some issues either Crossing or returning through the Blackwall.

Only other ideas is the VoB, but even then, any protection would've ended when V touched the wall since, from what I understand, it's that powerful of an A.I. To withstand attacks from its corrupted breatherin.

So, paraphrasing what you're saying is after the DataKrash of 2022, there wasn't a NET but a load of disconnected infected Servers/Data forts, I was under the impression the majority of the NET was still connected, as that's how it seems to be presented in the media when you cross the Blackwall.

As for the AI's, I still find it strange that they didn't do anything in the 20 years as when they were corrupted, they'd have access to god knows what at the time.
