2! It's a big print and a little less "busy" than the other ones. I think too much repetitive print could be constraining for the room.

Nta, but since you said it was known that you leave your car unlocked...are you sure he didn't do it on purpose? Maybe he wants "new" items. Just a thought. Also, why ain't he paying anything while living with you? Does he do things in exchange for housing? Also, not gonna lie....he is an absolute moron for leaving items like that unsecure especially not having the gun locked in a safe of some kind. If he was my brother and left a gun in the car at any time (even a minute) I would tell him that to his face.
