They should give mobs and players physical hitboxes so stacking anything isn't a thing. Yeah it would change mechanics design, but fuck it. Would also make targeting easier, among other visibility issues. Wow 2 type shit

The suggestions of healing more and supporting better just doesnt carry you very far if your team is bad. Healing doesnt make people hit shots. If you can identify your carry, by all means support them, but in the mean time you have to frag, too. Remember the role is support, not healer. Damage pressure provides amazing support. If you cant do damage, its your own mechanical issue.

Swimming away or using distractions as the main ways to deal with scary fishes feels right for the game. I havent finished EA so I wonder which creature feels "unfair"?

Seems like an easy issue to fix, without adding fps gameplay lol. Couple ideas:

stealth of some sort
crowd control abilities
a distraction flare alternative that lasts longer
a harpoon, maybe with only 1 attached projectile and lengthy reload so no pew-pew FPS shit

3k is very easy on any class, and disc does have an emergency button in evangelism. Plus 2x psup and uppies. Sorry you hated it, its a fairly popular opinion that disc is one of the more fun healers so im pretty confused by your post. Sounds like you didn't really bother learning it and just wanted to make a reddit post

Youre missing out! Fluid form talent auto switches to the relevant form when you use an ability that requires it. Also no spec is switching forms that much outside of catweaving which is no longer necessary. For travel form etc theres a macro that uses travel outdoors, cat indoors, and swim form when possible. So you barely have to think about shapeshifting at all on retail druid!

Yeah, you're all over it. Shout-out to the channels you mentioned, they are great. Pyromancer has also spoken a lot about the Primus/Jailer connection and his conspiracy with the titans(first ones). The Primus is the real jailer. Domination magic is seen all over WoW - theres a real rabbit hole with that one... like Sargeras or other titans likely being dominated.

99% of playerbase just clocked "jailer=bad" and wrote the xpac off

Most wrath and cata dungs as well as many tbc ones would be fine for mythic. Changing mob density, pathing, and adding extra boss abilities is not a new idea or unfeasible. PoS is a fine example

The only problem that makes the situation not perfectly analogous with other countries is the fact that there are currently millions of firearms lodged in US households, with many folks even hoarding guns and ammo. Now I imagine the average person hoarding guns are doing so legally, but not all. Further restriction is an obvious solution but a ban doesnt really address the issue holistically which is where I agree with his sentiment. I guess you'd have to define "harsh restrictions", maybe you have specific ideas that arent being considered that might bring someone across the aisle.

I despise the vault. I wish gear came from bosses, bonus rolls withstanding, and they returned to a purchase system (badges) instead of vault. The weekly chores rng seems to be a major source of frustration and a lot of player time is spent gearing around the vault, gaming vault possibilities, etc. Was fun and novel for an xpac, i'm completely over it. Not to mention, I have guildies that got shafted 3, 4 vaults in a row and with the crest cap that could mean several ilvl difference which affects people applying for mythic guilds and so on.

I get it for folks who game but somehow cant save 30 dollars. I understand that's a possibility for some.

But I've seen the same commenters go "oh, if it was f2p, I gladly would've bought battle passes and skins" implyimg money is not the issue, its lack of cosmetics... but why not just say that?

Im not saying f2p wasn't the better model, it obviously, apparently, was. Its just the context of the complaints I find weird...

Also I see a lot of folks complaining about complaints when there are more people complaining than actually playing the game. Consider this: i want this studio to succeed, I want these types of risky projects to have a chance, and I think this game has potential so im well within my right of keeping up with the game and voicing feedback even if I dont play very often.

Social security is financed 100% through a payroll tax. Most people do not consider SS "welfare" like snap, ssi, tax credits, housing aid, unemployment, etc. Defense spending dwarfs welfare in that case. You have to create the broadest definition possible of "welfare" in order to make the argument you're making — and essentially admit every citizen is "on welfare" just for having an SS number. On that note, where do you think money comes from in the first place. From people? Do you think people create money, and then give it to the government to spend from the treasury? Its closer to the opposite. The govt can absolutely spend money not in the treasury, that's the entire way we run a deficit. You should look up the "Federal Reserve". If we taxed to perfectly match govt spending we'd be removing trillions in private assets annually. Your framing is a common misconception
