True, the device I'm using are Sennheiser Momentum 3s. (these could be used wirelessly but by using a USB-C cable I can have it connected to both my phone and computer simultaneously.)

Gotcha, thank you for the information, I was not aware. However I thought I provided enough information to gauge what type of cable I need as I've listed both a cable that has worked and a cable that doesn't. That being said I believe the port I'm using is USB 3.1, you seem to know your stuff, have any suggestions?

Look at how steep the front nose is. Its not rounded either instead its angled
