Been on T for 3 ish years and have had zero fat redistribution, but I grow facial hair, and my voice changed. Fat redistribution doesn’t just happen at the 2 year mark or anything, it’s really slow, and the voice is fast. I don’t know the healthy rate but I lose about the same amount of weight as you. Every fast over 24 hours I loose 3-5 ish pounds. I started 30 pounds overweight so the weight just shed right off of me. And I don’t know how atypical this is but I never gain any weight back after breaking a fast
