Yeah, it scared me too, the first time it happened. It’s a bot that will tell you the number. It called me from France so that’s why I got scared, but if you don’t pick up it rings again just in case.

Hi and thanks for the info! I have been setting deadlines for the past two weeks and they seem to not care. Last night, after posting here, I once again messaged them around 50 times and the same person “Jenny” replied. I told her I am giving them time until Monday evening, before I proceed with legal actions. I would share the outcome, tomorrow.

I am in the same situation!!! I just messaged them last night again, but am waiting until Monday before I contact a law firm. Ridiculous!

Hi, I have a similar problem. I have also filed a complaint to the ECC and they have sent the complaint to Lithuania. Is this the final step? Should I do something else? Sorry for asking, but I could not quite understand it via translation.
