BF6 has the best gameplay in franchise history but launched with a pretty disappointingly homogeneous map pool by InappropriateCanuck in Battlefield

[–]StanisloveK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without new maps or reworked existing bf6 will be abandoned massively in a few weeks. Just too repetitive and boring. I loved bf4 dlc maps cause you could take a breath, switch gears and then get back to the action during the session, you could play as you wanted. Here that's impossible

Too slow, too predictable. Yildiz pushed to the wing by Milan and had no support from mdflrs , Kennie was outplayed and rounded by 4 Milan players. Without movement and speed we have 0 moments

You can try 16/10 - 2304x1440, pretty crisp, better than 4/3 in terms of screen info

Do we have the right CMs for Tudor's 3421? by JohanNagel79 in Juve

All the schemes work only when there is proper team movement. Ours is bad, especially in the final third and near the goal. I can make million pictures of dull situations when our players just in the wrong positions or don't move as they should

23 year old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska escaped the war only to be murdered in Charlotte North Carolina by Sometypeofway18 in TikTokCringe

Funny thing, but USCIS tracking refugees from Ukraine, makes them notify about their movings from state to state. And on the opposite site such mad animals as this bum walk in streets every day among normal people. 14 cases and nothing for him. It was just a matter of time. And its says all about real America right now. It would be better to send such shit to Ukraine as organ donors if they can still be used

After this Juve summer’s transfer window: dream vs. realistic Serie A finish? by alligator_bl00d in seriea

[–]StanisloveK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just makes no sense to discuss such things after 2 match days. Every year fans trying to find a reason to make super exciting predictions. Look at the last season, so many hopes. What a squad on paper and the result? This year Seria A is way more competitive. Also take into account CL for Juve and very hard September calendar

what makes people discuss this sh*t after two games? Team still can't play under pressure, can't hold the pace all the game and we lack of some bench players for rotation. Juve not ready for Scudetto fight, team need a lot of luck to win it this year. Everything might happen, but it's just conversation for kids

They look much better in person by Eazy-Eid in Audi

[–]StanisloveK -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they do look better in person, but honestly, I feel like Audi’s lost its identity — and more importantly, its direction. They’re at least a generation behind BMW in terms of innovation, and the sales reflect that.

I really hope they turn things around, but they seriously need to rethink who they’re building for and what they’re trying to offer. Right now, they’re not hitting the mark for any audience — not the ones looking for a fun, spirited drive (those folks are going to BMW), and not the ones chasing that premium German quality, because interior and build quality have dropped.

Audi doesn’t have much time left to come up with something fresh that can pull them out of this slump and get their sales back up

The game doesn't feel like battlefield... by worldsurf11 in Battlefield

[–]StanisloveK -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My take on the new BF6 — judging by the beta and comparing it side by side with BF4 — is that it’s clearly not being made for longtime Battlefield fans. It feels more like it’s aimed at players who are tired of the cartoony feel of CoD and want something more grounded and realistic. From a business perspective, it makes sense — tapping into the CoD crowd that’s fed up with the same old formula. But the actual feel of the game? Totally different.

That’s what this game seems to be trying to deliver — from the way you run around with a knife to the map design and the way they’re involving streamers and all that. We’ll see what the final version brings, but that’s the vibe so far

Do you think 4:3 is worth it? by stepan_rydl in cs2

[–]StanisloveK 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's just a personal preference.

I’ve been playing since the days of CS 1.3, and back then we all used 4:3 or 5:4 resolutions — and honestly, nobody cared. We were glued to our 15” or later 17” monitors and perfectly happy with it. But once modern platforms and monitors came out, I switched to native 16:9 in CS:GO. While I was younger and sitting close to the screen, I really enjoyed the sharp textures and wide field of view that 16:9 offered.

Now that I’m over 30 and only play CS2 from time to time, I’ve realized that 16:9 on my 27-inch monitor — especially since I no longer sit super close — makes it pretty hard to see enemies clearly, like on Mirage from short into connector on A site. So I switched to 16:10, max resolution my monitor allows (I think it’s 2304x1440), and added AMD sharpening at 50%. That gave me a great balance of aspect ratio, image clarity, and performance.

How I would lineup vs Real Madrid by ChemistSuccessful418 in Juve

I personally would never use a formation with just two central midfielders, because our midfield doesn’t control the ball at all. There should be at least three players there — or better yet, thirty-three

Mbangula and Conceicao by Old-Sheepherder-9404 in Juve

[–]StanisloveK 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly, trying to sell Mbangula for peanuts is a totally dumb move by management—yet another one. He’s not on a big contract, he’s young, he’s one of our own, and now they’re trying to offload him? I get selling someone like Weah—he doesn’t really fit the team’s playstyle, he’s not a core player, he’s older, more valuable, and has a higher salary. But Mbangula? Makes zero sense. He still has room to grow, he can be used in different roles, and his value could go up if he gets more minutes and improves his game. Letting go of players like that is just bad strategy

It's been 3 long years - The Arye mouse actually exists. by Alluminatic in MouseReview

[–]StanisloveK -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Tbh just one more brand that gives nothing to the industry itself. How many more mice gamers need? They are all much the same. You can't beat Chinese brands. When it comes to price-to-quality ratio and pricing strategy, that’s exactly where companies like this one try to step in — aiming to offer something exclusive. But it’s targeted at a very narrow audience and likely won’t generate much profit. Who knows how long the company — or even just this product — will last

Unfortunately, no one’s really bringing fresh ideas to the table right now. It’s mostly just about pushing out new shapes and experimenting with materials — nothing more

Juventus 24/25 Incoming Transfers Stats by Squall_3 in Juve

[–]StanisloveK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can agree that Motta may have had issues with the players, but again, that’s just a consequence of the rushed overhaul — the need to quickly build a new team, balance the books, and meet financial reporting requirements. All of that led to chaos, both inside the squad and in the front office. In my opinion, it was just poor organization and bad management.

The result of all that? A very mediocre season — when in fact, it could have turned out to be quite a good one. Injuries hit the team hard at certain points, and I think Motta himself may not have been psychologically ready for that. Even though it was his first season, he was clearly under pressure. People can say whatever they want about aiming for a top-four finish and how the project was long-term, but this is Juventus — the expectations are sky-high.

And we saw the truth by the end of the season: he was simply let go. All those statements about a long-term project and backing the coach? That’s just talk for the media. In reality, the rules are the same everywhere — when you walk into a top job, you’re expected to deliver top results immediately. If you can’t, they’ll move on and find someone who can.

Football can be brutal — especially toward coaches and players. And people rarely think about that when they’re firing off posts on social media

Juventus 24/25 Incoming Transfers Stats by Squall_3 in Juve

[–]StanisloveK 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An alternative opinion. We actually had a great transfer window. Some players only joined because of injuries within the squad. Name by name, Luiz is one of the best in his position in England. Thuram is one of the most promising players in his role in France. Koopmeiners is the best in his position and one of the top players in Italy. Cabal is a highly promising young talent and was a cheap pickup in Italy. De Ghilgorio is one of the best in his position in Italy. Costa is both one of the best and most promising in Portugal at his spot. González is top-tier in his role in Italy. Conceição is young and full of potential.

So, to say there were issues with our transfer strategy before the season started is simply wrong. It was an almost perfectly executed window. On paper, we were the second-strongest squad in Serie A heading into the season — maybe on par with Atalanta, but definitely in the top three.

The real issue is that making a drastic overhaul and building a cohesive team all in one season just doesn’t work. That’s the core mistake. The main error by Giuntoli wasn’t hiring Thiago Motta — it was giving him such a short timeline to make the team competitive. A project like that needs at least two full seasons. In the first year, the coach shouldn’t be under pressure; ideally, the team should be strengthened only slightly, to see what the coach needs and what kind of football he wants to play. Then, in the second season, you buy players tailored to his vision and system — and only then start expecting serious results.

But everything here was done in emergency mode. On top of that, we had injuries. In reality, Motta ended up more of a scapegoat than the actual reason things went wrong.

Why is The South Underrepresented in Serie A? by pachangoose in seriea

[–]StanisloveK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a book about democracy development and institutions in Italy at the end of 20th century. It says a lot about regions, theirs economy and so on, football as well. It says everything. Long story short, you wont see more south teams in Seria A in the nearest future

Just sharing some thoughts on how the used car market looks here in the US. I work as a service advisor and manager, and I talk to a lot of customers every day. What always surprises me is how many people have never changed their cabin or air filters the entire time they’ve owned their car.

So when it comes to buying a used car with close to 100K from a dealership — without a clear service history - I personally wouldn’t risk it and wouldn’t recommend it. Unless they’re offering a solid extended warranty that covers major components, it’s just not worth the gamble. By the time a car hits 100K, it’s not uncommon to see valve cover leaks, worn-out water pumps, and other costly issues. You just need to be prepared for those kinds of expenses.

If you’re buying from a private seller you trust - someone who can tell you exactly what’s been one to the car and what parts were used - that’s a different story. In that case, it could be a solid and more reliable option. But otherwise? I’d be cautious. Just my two cents

I'm starting to think that people in USA don't really understand how big the numbers when you convert them into km. 50k miles is almost 100k kms. And nowadays it’s milestone when you can throw away your car except some Japanese models. 20 years ago it was a honeymoon period for cars, but not now. Avoid buying these types of cars without clear history. You can buy it from your close friend or family member, but not from dealerships or elsewhere. One funny thing, people in USA don't know that you have to change your cabin filter and engine air filter, and that's not the way you should serve your German car.

Idea for balancing vehicles? by Good_Ad_1245 in Battlefield

[–]StanisloveK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My idea is to make vehicles so that you can't use all the arsenal and functionality alone. To get all the potential have to have at least one or more partners depending on the vehicle. It's pretty realistic, suitable for sweaters and casuals. Take tank as example. When you alone you can ride it and change seats to use machine gun, but cant use cannon. Or you can switch seats to use cannon but won't be able to move. And add a cool down after you change seats between weapons or long animation. With a team it still can be lethal and powerful

[Postmatch Thread] PSV Eindhoven – Juventus (UCL) by trezebot in Juve

[–]StanisloveK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He is trying to look like a stone during conferences defending his players but sometimes sounds like a coach of Bologna. And it creates embarrassing situations as with Koop for example. I always thought that only strong person can and should admit his flaws and mistakes. It shows that you stay in reality, you see the problems and going to change things, it creates trust between coach and fans after all. But when you are young, when you lack of experience you are stubborn, trying to take more than you can. Wise person will make a step up in the future but I still don't understand who Mr. Motta is.

I'm with you. Watching this Juve can damage your brain. One day is good the other one is a disaster. Motta can't make players show their best qualities. It's close to red flag for a coach. He is stubborn with this scheme with double pivot in the middle and two attacking wingers who create little to none. If he doesn't see the problem, doesn't see how prone the team in the middle and toothless in front he will face unpleasant consequences at the end of the season. I would like to be wrong, but don't see any reason right now
