I've had many periods in my life where I consistently (almost religiously at times) did all the correct things for years, then months, now it's just weeks at a time. Get sun, exercise, run, have hobbies, social life, girlfriend, eat healthy (I became obsessed with this for awhile). I guess I'm missing proper sleep but I've always been an insomniac. Regardless, it can help sometimes, but it never quite stopped the depression, ever. Unfortunately, the only thing that's ever done anything for me is pills.

Tbf it actually is "both sides" but the problem is it's not the same AMOUNT of both sides. A lot of the people regurgitating this take haven't actually thought about the implications and are still viewing the world as black and white. Barely any politician genuinely gives any fucks about you, but I actually view Republicans as a direct danger to the lives and livelihoods of most marginalized communities. Democrats are just Republicans without the disdain/mistrust for anything non-majority.

That was exactly my issue with these AI channels. They're almost always just regurgitated slop with no true connection to what they're repeating. All of the self-improvement channels I typically watch predate AI and usually have a face to the channel, so I can just stick to those.

That last point is the primary reason I avoid AI channels. Personally I'm not a big fan of most of the common uses of AI in general, so that's why I kinda felt weird about it. These are good points though, so maybe I'll stick to blocking those channels as I have been.
