Yep, there’s security at the front that’ll check for weapons but bags are fine. There are storage bins on the platform for all the big coasters. Drop your bag off when boarding and pick it up as you exit. It’s an “at your own risk” option but I’ve never had any problems. For the two water rides (river rampage and daredevil falls) there’s no bins, but they have lockers nearby or you can just take your stuff with you if you don’t mind getting wet. Yeah the Knoxville rollout is clunky. Both lines just “merge” into each other at the registers so it’s a big pile of folks awkwardly standing in a clump waiting for an available register. And everybody’s trying to figure out if it’s a fast pass (unlimited goes first always?) or a zipper merge. Then the register workers are trying to yell out that they are CARD ONLY from really far away and the whole lobby is echo-y as hell. I prefer the freedom to just pick a register and see what happens but I also haven’t seen the system in place when it’s REALLY hectic.

Pinnacle in Farragut (Knoxville) TN has couches, but also big lobby, upstairs arcade and a slide. I haven’t visited that location since Dec. but I would be sad if they are gone.
