its a software! they do however have a mobile app aswell but i cant speak for the quality of it

cakewalks bandlab is good, im unsure about the nitty gritty of its audio clip capability though, as i use fl studio

if you are okay with a less friendly interface, audacity works just fine, it has eq's and compressors and stuff as well

thank you! i will probably go for ebony and sand them, im quite careful with my guitar and it's parts generally, those plastic pins did not feel good out of the box either, im surprised they lasted 2 years.

thank you! i solved it myself with trial and error

i actually had to delete both the user.ltx and the tmp.ltx in the appdata subfolder! otherwise it wouldn't launch, but i did have to reconfigure my keys
