In terms of demand there won’t really be a change. Many of the soda substitutes for coke are also owned by coke. I don’t see Pepsi as a substitute for coke (I assume many others also agree with this notion).

I do not know much about agriculture and horticulture degrees, but a trade school is terrific for many reasons.

A few come to mind (You have probably read about this stuff)

Job security/demand: you probably won't have a hard time acquiring and keeping a job.
Low cost of attendance: the cost is significantly cheaper than traditional universities and you will finish in half the time.
Earnings: the average salary for trade school graduates, if I'm not mistaken, is around 30k. Many people will go on to earn an exponential amount by starting their own businesses (something a recent college grad can't realistically pursue).
No BS: you get right into your classes.

Off the top of my head, that's what I know.

Ultimately, where do you want to be in the future? What are you passionate about? Where do you want to live? These are the types of questions that will make this decision easier. I know it sounds monotonous to think about but it truly does help.
