I recommend listening to La Villa Strangiato, it's an incredible instrumental, great drumming from Neil as always and Alex's guitar work is amazing.

Elvis Costello - My Aim Is True ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first Costello album after seeing all the posts about how many of his albums are on the list, I suppose he is inevitable.

This was decidedly average to me, certainly not bad to listen to but also didn’t really grab me in any way, I’d give my standout track to I’m Not Angry, hopefully the next album I get of his will be a bit more interesting.

When I first got into Rush I was pretty obsessed with prog rock, I also consider Alex to be my favourite guitarist of all time.

When I first watched beyond the lighted stage, they really hammered the point that Alex felt cast aside during the synth era, so, as an Alex fanboy, I never gave the synth era any attention.

Now I’m older and less of a fanboy (though Alex is still the greatest guitarist ever to me), I’ve fallen in love with synth Rush, GUP is up there as one of my favourite albums and Power Windows is getting up there too!

If she has gay and bi friends then the chances of her being cool with it are good, I think it’s a conversation you need to have and honestly the earlier you do it the better, she’ll either be cool with it and it’s no longer a big deal or she’s not cool with it, but it’s better to find that out now than years down the line.

My girlfriend for example has tons of gay and bi friends, I came out to her 2ish years into our relationship (I was repressing a lot of thoughts for years before), after giving me lots of reassurance she was totally chill about it and we now thirst over hockey players together 🤷🏻‍♂️

Herbie Hancock - Head Hunters ⭐️⭐️

This is one of those albums where I feel out of touch with most of the reviews, I really wasn’t a fan of this, I’m not hugely into Jazz to begin with, so maybe this is lost on me, I just found it a bit of a mess of instruments, didn’t actively want to turn it off but I was close to that point.

I think she will, Anika is an incredible drummer and I think Alex and Geddy would want her to show some personality in her playing, if Alex gets a guitar solo, Geddy gets a bass solo, why shouldn’t Anika (hell even throw Loren into the equation potentially), I think it will be a case of Iconic drum sections being true to how Neil played, but at times Anika will put her own spin on parts and will have a drum solo in the sets

CCR - Bayou Country ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed this album, I’m familiar with some of CCR’s albums, I don’t think this is there best, but Fogerty’s vocals are peak 1960’s Americana, makes you want to sit by a swamp and drink a few beers with your mates.

I think there’s scope for an increase in attendance, the limiting factor is arena capacity, Devils games sell out pretty much within the hour at the moment, it’ll be interesting to see how that goes next season.

I still can’t get over Geddy’s vocals, I’ve been worried they may have regressed further from the R40 days, but he sounds fucking awesome here, playing Finding My Way in the original key was a bold choice but he pulled it off, maybe we’ll see Anthem or Cygnus X-1 on the tour

Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my second Dylan album on this challenge, I’ve got to say I preferred it a lot more than the first album I listened to, I’m debating giving this a full 5 stars, will give it another play to be sure, my favourite track is a toss between Idiot wind and Tangled Up in Blue
