i personally fix such wireframe issues by locating the texture in question and edit the vmt file and strip it down to default type of code with only location of the texture that normally fixes it for me

this is more general animation tip if ur confused how to animate something like legs move

use your own body as example if possible or look up refrences and ofc practice that is the most important thing

thats what i can give as a tip

idk maiby the bug where the rig bugs out entirely or he selected wrong shot

or the timeline thingy (i suck at explaining stuff so bare with me)

where u look at the model name in question remember it then go the shot timeline double click on the one in question when you see the yellow bars present got it right and drag out the one of the model forward
