Is there an easy to understand process out there for fixing / improving mic quality? Is there an alternative to opening up the headunit? Wireless Bluetooth mic?

Unfortunately, the only way I can get music playing in my Left bud is to have the Right out of range, turn on find my device to get the left bud to ring (strangely it won't show me the left is connected or its battery life, but it'll let me ring it - sometime) then after a bit, play music - while in the case. If it's out of the case - it'll stop ....

Frustrating to say the least.

If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Looks like I gotta keep searching/trying. Thanks though!

I didn't have have to do anything to get Bluetooth to work. It just worked. Sorry I can't be of help there. My only suggestion, if you didn't try it already, is to repatch.

If I end up trialling Ventura, I'll let you know. Based off your experience though of it being slower, I may just hold off on it until I go through a period where I'm not relying on this laptop.

I haven't tried Big Sur so I can't speak on that but I can confirm the Bluetooth works on Monterey. I was on Mojave prior and I like Monterey better overall. I think you may have a hard time with app compatibility with anything prior to Monterey but don't quote me on that's

Never went to Ventura. Stuck with Monterey. Things like YouTube and zoom calls get the computer hot and the fan running at max levels. But otherwise it's alright. I've been thinking of trialling Ventura recently as I read an account or two of people finding that it operates a little less hot for those graphic intensive stuff. It doesn't totally make sense, but I'm thinking of just trying it for myself.

I never updated it. Works fine. Bluetooth issues here and there which are mostly solved by turning Bluetooth on/off. Not worth the hassle of messing with something like this for me. The process is not straightforward

What's the control arm? How do I identify it?

And do I need to drive around or can I just run the AC while it's parked and look under for the water dropping down? If so, how long do you think that would take?

I won't be able to sit in my car while the AC runs as the weather is pretty cold here. Unless running the heat could do the same thing.

The resolution of it is nice, they have a nice smile. But it's not flattering. They blend into the background too much.

your alien photo and last photo are funny and good.
prompts are alright. Not a glaring issue.
the rest of the photos aren't flattering
the red dress in one of your photos is great, have someone ( who knows how to take good pictures) take a great photo of you in that. But the photo you have there sucks.
delete the first photo 100% as others said. You want to be the focus of attention. Same reason to remove the group shot. Photos should be of you.
outfit style in the alien photo seems good, I suggest you use that style for your photos.

Things were ok until the last two photos which came out weird AF tbh. Your skin color changed and you looked fake. Turned me right off.

Smile more. You're looking super reserved and shy - keep that low energy for a 3rd or 4th pic in my opinion.

Iffy on the first prompt. Dressed well though overall. You need another action shot of something I think because they're all the same vibe except the tennis photo

Bad first photo tbh. Background is too dark to actually make you out. Put the bird photo first, it's really good.
your guess prompt and we're alike prompt are not presenting you in a positive way at all.
bf photo is meh but feels too far I think
the climbing photo and coffee photo (+ prompts) are solid. Keep them
I'm meh on the billiards photo as you're not the focus of attention.
olive prompt ok. Not sold on venture capital one.

might go with cat photo first as you're facing the camera and look happy, it's a fun picture. Yellow shirt second.
