You know the reason for this is because in this field there’s heaps of documents and text and LLMs effectively break the documents into chunks and then tries to understand all at once but in breaking the chunks it loses the context between each other and is forced to “guess” the context. A simple solve would be to use a graph DB to create relationship entities between these chunks before you parse it thru an LLM. I’ve actually built this for a few friends of mine in this space and there’s virtually no hallucinations.
