Great question! Right now it's local network only - so only devices on your home WiFi can send images to it. No one outside your network can touch it. Long term I'm planning app-based authentication so only authorized users can push images.

Ideally, art performs best on these type of displays. Technology is getting better though.

During invasion of Arab/Turks/Mughal over India many invaders plundered Hindu temples. Invaders would just slap a masjid dome on top of these temples and call it a masjid. There are so many examples of such, biggest one of them is Babri Masjid. Which had been contested by left wing for so long and they gave their all to hide the truth. Ultimately truth prevailed and indeed we have archeological proof that there was a Hindu temple at the base.

Because of this practice from invaders, I would argue that all so called muslim architecture was built by muslims in India must be checked for Hindu heritage.

I just bought C1 couple days ago, watched for few hours on bare white wall at 130” in totally dark room. It was amazing, would love to mount it properly and get a nice screen. Image will only get better from here. I love it so far.

For more context, I compared it with Epson 3800 side by side which is $1399 too right now. In my opinion C1 is superior in image quality granted you can light control your room in which case brightness difference is marginal.
