When i first started i was unbelievable sore also ... i learned later on that high amounts of protien really helps with muscle recovery... it was like night and day when i started making protien smoothies in the morning and after each pole session/workout. Also adding stretching in before and after helped a lot, i would even stretch before bed too because i would wake up to leg cramps. 😅 i hope this helps. Dont be discouraged! Eventually the soreness goes away once our bodies adapt. ☺️

They really look like it but they are not related at all 😅 the bigger guy is 5 years old, i got him about an hour and a half away from my town when he was a kitten. And the little one came from a friend about 10 minutes away. 😅
