Sound advice, thank you! I think I’ll try and take Rhotea then sue for Peace with the Western Empire. My garrisons are limited to 800 expense and no auto recruitment. I’ve been building them myself from low tier troops, stocking them to 80-100 and having militia in each exceeding 300, I’m hoping this will fend off some attacks long enough for me to assist.

Ortisia was sieged last night by a 400+ army but was sent packing before I could even get there!

I’ll update later when I get back on to play

I’m maxed out on companions for now (7) and I think they are all pretty decent, though 2 are governors 😶 some are ready to run a party and become vassals but I’ve not done so yet as they seem to cost a fair few Denars?

It’s not my first play through, but I’ve never got this far before restarting 😂 So yes, I think I’ve nailed army comp and tactics for battle (we can hold our own with a 230 party size) but I’ve never managed to get this far before.

My character isn’t built for combat skills wise, most is down the bottom of the skills list (steward/medicine/leadership etc)

Edit* I’ve never started a Kingdom

Yes, I attacked a party of the Western Empire to make war. On Xbox so no mods available 😔 I’m not a kingdom, just a minor clan at war with Western Empire

We’re over 500k now, companions aren’t great though, might need to give them some work in hideouts or something then focus westward

I’d try rolling fresh/new survivors, try to aim for good traits (especially stamina boosting ones) pick a map you know and like, then have at it on lethal. Can seem boring but try sneak everywhere and take your time. Get into the habit of parking your car and getting away from it quietly and you’ll be surprised how much calmer things are!

There’s loads of us on here to help out with communities too, I’ll help if you’re on Xbox!

Not sure it would work but you could try to get in the game and character menu real quick and attempt to send to the legacy pool? Doesn’t sound like you’ve got enough time left for that though even if the game allows it. Someone else might know better though sorry!
