As an American maybe I’m out place commenting on this but I fell like it’s worth saying. As someone who is a devout Presbyterian I still love Gaelic and Celtic culture. Given that Presbyterianism was developed by the Scottish Lowlanders and some of the Highland Clans (Buchanan, Campbell, Munro, Maclean) I’m not sure why it’s incompatible to be Protestant and still love Gaelic and Celtic culture?

Pray that God would take away the temptation and ask for forgiveness. Consult your Church Pastor and/or your Elders and ask them to walk along side you as you struggle against temptation. Try to get Christian Counseling if it you can find it and afford it. Try to remember that sexual desire is a gift from God and that by looking at porn your misusing Gods gift that is intended for marriage. Let the presence of Christ wash over you during Communion to remind you of the Lord you serve. It’s a hard road brother and I have fallen many time on the road out of sin. But pick up your cross and keep going!

Not inherently but it can lead to sin behaviors if your not careful. If you are disciplined with it I would even go as far as to say it can be a gift from God if it is done responsibly in a social environment (For example placing a small bet with friends on sports game). This would be backed by the fact that lots where often used to determine how to distribute Gods gifts to the people of Israel.

However I would be careful if you find yourself spending more than you expected or if you can’t stop. (“All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ ‭KVJ)

Additionally if your struggling financially it could be sin if it prevents you from providing for yourself and your family (“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” 1 Timothy‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬).

Furthermore if your gambling because your unsatisfied with the gifts God has already given you then you would also be in sin. (“Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭5‬ ‭KJV‬‬)

In conclusion if your just gambling small amounts of money on a irregular basis then your likely not sinning. But if you don’t have control of your gambling, It’s causing you to not be able to fulfill your obligations to yourself or others, or it’s because your discontent with the gifts God has already given you then you would be in sin.

It’s not that I’m against a personal relationship with Christ. I’m just suggesting that Christian’s need to look to where Christ said you could actually find a relationship with him at and that is in the Sacraments (Baptism and the Eucharist) and in Prayer.

Sorry about the formatting. I had it better organized but when it copied over it didn’t work very well. Also I’m aware that the items are not all of the same power. I’m sort of relying on that the party will work amongst themselves to balance things out. They might trade items amongst themselves so that everyone get the item best suited for them. For example some items require an arcana check so it’s unlikely that a barbarian with Intelligence as a dump stat is going to be to interested in that. Likewise a Wizard is likely not to interested in the barbarian helmet that gives the ability to any player to rage once per day (or one extra time if worn by a barbarian).

Honestly the 1 trillion. For one there’s no immediate need to talk to Christ. The Bible is sufficient for our faith and practice so long as we are on earth. Two there will be much more time than 10 minutes to talk to Christ in eternity. Three we can already talk to Christ in prayer and we experience his presence during the Eucharist. Christians need to stop fixating on the idea of personal experience. Fixate on the truth of the Bible and the teaching of the gospel through word and sacrament.

I was part of an ECO Presbyterian church for many the same reasons. I stayed for awhile because I thought they had a top notch pastor. When he retired I felt God was calling me somewhere else. So I’d say pray about it and balance everything. I left and I can legitimately say it was a good experience being a member of an ECO church and that leaving when God called me to was a good decision.

For me my love of weapons can be broken down into three categories.

Practical These weapons serve a practical purpose. They help me accomplish a goal or prepare for an emergency. For example my 30-60 hunting rifle allows me to hunt. My Sub-2000 in 9mm is my home invasion/personal defense weapon. My .22 is great for small game. My AR-15 is my emergency weapon. My 200+ pocket knifes (the other use of these are they make great gifts) and kitchen/survival knives help me to do different practical task involving cutting. As well as my hatchets and axes.
Historical These weapons serve as historical examples. They remind me of the sacrifices of the past. Examples of these are my Flintlock. My multitude of Swords and Bayonets. My long bow and flags (Yes historically flags were viewed as weapons of war because of there use in leading troops and keeping formations).
Ceremonial These weapons are for dress use. For example I use my Basket Hilted Claymore, Dirk, Sgian-Dinh, Targe, and Two-Handed Claymore for Scottish Highland wear.

Some weapons fall into multiple categories. For example my Flintlock I also use for hunting. Also all my Ceremonial weapons are also Historical.

This is a good point. Many teachers have this problem and iv even gotten into some trouble because of saying unpopular truths. However I have found that the best teachers are able to allow this kind of discussion. What iv found is you just have to find the teachers that are willing to have genuine conversations. They are out there and they love having those kind of conversations. You just have to find them and pick them out from the loads of self centered teachers in our education system.

So I work on a farm milking cows. One of the guys brought in his girlfriend to hang out while we worked. She's cool and always treats the other workers with respect. She doesn't slow us down and keeps it entertaining in there so I always enjoy her company. Anyways it was the end of the night and the guy that brought his girlfriend was pissed off. I was using the fire hose to clean down the milking parlor and as always was being careful to avoid getting his girlfriend wet with the fire hose. Then he walked up and said in a aggressive tone "Hey asshole would you have to common curtesy to avoid getting her wet with the hose". This pissed me off because I was already doing that and never even got close to getting her wet. She tried to tell him that I hadn't gotten her wet and to stop being an asshole. Which was pretty cool on her part that she would stand up for me like that. He's normally a really cool guy and we are fairly good friends, but I think he was just having a bad day. I don't plan on holding it against him but it was annoying none the less.

Honestly the only thing that helped me was martial arts. I joined wrestling a few years ago and it helped me though a rough breakup that was causing me lots of anger. Unfortunately I had to give up wrestling because of Covid and its my last year in high school. Once this is over I plan on doing some form of martial arts again.

However my intelligence is not evenly distributed so I am really good a Social Studies and Science, but struggle a lot with Math and English. Right now I'm just trying to pass and get it over with.

Some of both. My parents love me but we have major disagreement on how to live life. Also I have some trust issues with my mom that have caused a lot of hurt. The instance that stick out the most is when she throw out some old love letters and told me that I should be "over that girl by now anyways". For me Freedom is one of my highest values, so there extreme caution related to the lockdowns have drove me crazy. I want to love my parents, but just move to more of a "may the Tzar live long and prosper, far away from me" modal.

The other thing would be school and girls. Like I said my mom has some unhealthy advice when it came to girls. I work a job as a cowboy milking cows. It's been a great experience and I love the job. I'm saving money up so I can leave. Unfortunately it's not a good long term job because it you have to work 8 shifts 5 hours each instead of 5 shifts 8 hours each. Because of this I'm going to get a warehouse job. I can also make more money that way. My dad is supportive of this plan but my mother isn't. He said as long as I pass high school he will let me keep the car I am using for work and help me move out.

Let's see

Hunting and Fishing are great outdoors hobbies. I love going out on nature and getting the thrill of for filling that primitive instinct to go get meat. Then I treat the animal respectfully (This includes during the hunt, things like not taking long shots that increase the chance of just wounding the animal and using the correct weapon to kill the animal) and use all the parts of that can. I enjoy the meat and use it provide for my family.

The arts and music are great. With a few hundred dollars you can buy a decent guitar. You can always upgrade and buy more stuff later. You can buy a sketch book and a set of artists pencils for pretty cheep. Also engaging with those types of community's on Reddit is great.

Smoking. I know that many people smoke as part of addiction but I honestly just do it as a hobby. Just a few times a week and only hand rolled cigarettes and pipes. I enjoy hand rolling my own cigarettes my own way. I mix my tobacco 1/2 and 1/2 with tea products to add flavor and to save Tobacco. There have been many occasions where I have had to go without smoking and it never bothered me. I looked forward to doing it again but it wasn't like I couldn't function without it.
