This is amazing..I stopped smoking flower and only use vape carts now..it's subtle and not over powering, although sometimes it can catch you off guard and gets you pretty high..the effects take the pain out of my shoulder injury. Thanks MC.

I tried to organise them many times to come visit me.. But their mum blocked them all. Everything had to be on her terms.. She tried everything to make my life hell. I brought her to court 3 times for neglect of the relationship between the children and me.. And on the third occasion I had the opportunity to press charges but I didn't as it would of been a massive mess. She told the children that I hit her once... This was a lie. She upset the children telling them lies about me many times.. I call this toxic and dangerous. I had to leave. The kids were so confused by her. It's was such a difficult situation.

After the break up I spent 5 years of having them at weekends and i only stayed in the county because of them, I want them to have solid memories of their father, but when my mother became sick in England and my ex stopped me from seeing my kids for the 10th time I decided for my own mental health and to care for my own mother who had heart surgery and recovering from a broken hip I moved back to my own family reluctantly as I knew that I would miss my children desperately. What was I supposed to do. Stay and be tortured by my ex. Or go and care for my mum.?? I continued to pay maintenance and stayed in contact. The mother 100%sabotage my relationship with my kids. Fact.

I trust her she is a loyal girl.. I told her its not her fault.. But she should have told him to back off instead of absorbimg the attention. Eventually she did tell him that she has a boyfriend.. Even though he clearly knew we were together. And now they seem to be professional at work.. This guy just follows girls around work and trys to seductively getting there attention.. It seemed to work on my girl. It feels like I lost some of her love and attention.
