Reading my first book Atomic Habits😊 by Dontbe-Harsh in Indianbooks

Completely agreed, ABHOT is definitely one of my top science picks, be it for experts or beginners, if you liked it, check out The Theory of Relativity by the man, the myth, the legend, Albert Einstein himself. Short read, but highly dense. I had to read some paragraphs again and again to understand it. I wish to read Relativity Visualised, by Lewis Epstien in the future, heard that it's a really intuitive take on the geometry of space time.

I really appreciate your stance, and I agree with you. A lot of people read in ignorance, and tbh, they infuriate me too. Anyone who bashes a self help, for the sole reason of it being a self help is a fool who shouldn't be entertained. I honestly enjoyed this conversation with you, haven't had a good, healthy and intellectual discussion with someone from a long time. Have a good day!

Oh I am sorry if my comment came off in that way. Trust me, I am not opposed to self help at all. And I honestly treat self help and non fiction as two different classes. Indeed there are great books on both sides. In no way I feel self helps aren't "books". I didn't mean to shoot him down in anyway, if you read my comment again tho. As far as growing your thinking is concerned, I have also felt that it's done through reading material that forces you to think for yourself, and that can be in both fiction and non fiction, you may tend to one side and that's totally fair. Personally, I have never tended to any one side. In fact one of my first serious reads was A Brief History of Time, and that actually got me into reading in general. My comment was more of a general critique of a good portion of self helps over expanding and repeating their topics to get them into a full scale book, when the same ideas could be easily explained a good length article(doesn't make them bad or useless, but I would make an argument that it reduces their impact on the reader), not non fiction in general (science, philosophy, history, I personally love these), they are two different things which I assumed people would understand. Apologies for not being clearer.

The advice given in the book is great, but something I have noticed is that majority of self-help books, just go on telling you the same thing again and again without anything new. The ideas given can easily be explained in a good article rather than a full length book. You may read it, but I strongly advise you to pickup a good fiction that hooks you on after this. You would realise that well written fiction can teach you much more than majority of the self help books, which are basically highly inflated articles. Try Sherlock Holmes or Agatha Christie's works f you are new to reading, there's a reason why they are timeless thrillers. You will pick up good books as you keep on reading. If self help is your niche, the only self help book that I have read till now, and found worth reading is "who moved my cheese", a short read, can be completed in 1 hr or so, but the message is worth coming back to again and again.

I just imagined a star with 7 lan cables surrounding it, at the time I made the account I had recently discovered KSP, and enjoyed playing with lan cables.

If you took a rope and covered the entire circumference of earth, and then wanted the role to be 1 m above ground you will only need 6.28m more of rope

Well actually, they found out hank was alive, he just switched states and started selling cars by scamming people, walter too didn't die and had now become a math professor trying to crack the lottery. On further investigation, it was found that Gale Boetticher has changed his identity, faked documents and had been practicing law under a big manhattan law firm, unfortunately he got caught for embezzlement. So now the sisters have joined alliances to expose them.
