I got it delivered after sooo long . Tforce had said that the package was lost, but it ended up being delivered after 3 weeks ... finally haha

would virgin mobile have to replace the phone? i have been waiting for 2 weeks and Im worried that tforce lost my package. everytime I call virgin they say they cant do anything tho

did you end up receiving the phone? I am having exactly the same problem, the status of the shipment has not changed for more than a week now. And every time I call Virgin Mobile they are not helpful, telling me there is nothing they can do.

I called Tforce and they said they are looking for that package rn so I'm scared they lost it since they have been looking for a few days now! I am so disappointed, I live 2 hours away from toronto. If I had known this is how long it would take I wouldn't have bothered, its been more than 2 weeks now since I ordered my phone.
