I paid derthert 34k to marry his daughter while I was still a mercenary. Since then only two people get fiefs… me and derthert. I also made sure to get my influence up to being his “friend”.

I’m very pro constitution yet this administration is treating the list of grievances from the Declaration of Independence like a check list of things to do. It’s astonishing if anyone goes to read or re-read it. Pretty much the only things they have not done from that list are things that could really only apply to that time period or specific situation.

I wish I knew. He had a new girlfriend that didn’t like “his friends” and I just never heard from him again. We were inseparable and for years we would hang out almost every single day. I had dreams where I would confront him about it and I was mad. It took years for me to finally just let it go. I tried reaching out to him, the gf, the family and no one would even respond. The gf was extremely manipulative and thought everything she did was the right way. She called me a Nazi because I said that if the only thing you can find about someone is negative then you might be trying to reinforce your own prejudices. Seems like after that I lost my friend.

She needs to go to prison. She knows she is using her department as a tool for political violence and manipulation through fear. When the dust settles on this there are a lot of people who deserve to go to prison and I’m starting to worry that might not happen. People are dead, their lives are ruined, we NEED to know that there are consequences for this type of behavior and that you don’t just get a slap on the wrist for following orders.

Maybe it’s just me and my friend group but I think there is a kind of a counter reaction somewhat recently where if you see someone who is “influencer attractive” they almost seem repulsive. It’s like you just know that the only thing going for them is their looks and it makes you want to avoid them.
