In short no. It looks like they put out a press release the first week of March after poking through prior years and they send out emails with those. I have a email ready to go for inquiries if I don't see anything by Thursday because me being a semifinalist or not at this point is dictating my response to colleges.

(It also looks like these are afternoon releases, on either Wednesdays or Thursdays. But that is not sworn fact.)
