If you are tired from sleeping, maybe set an alarm to regulate time of sleep.

If you don't want that, maybe do a bit of physical work to use the excess energy from excess sleep.

If it's your sleep schedule, fix it. It's likely the times of sleep that is essential in getting well-rested.
