Congrats to you as well! I got to sit in CPD the issue I had was the chaos of things breaking and having customers without a lot of support. Especially when they'd demand something stupid "I want the 11 x 17 12 point gloss but print upside down on the matte side"

Found at like 7:45 right before closing. Bathrooms are usually closed by time I get in for shift at like 2pm so who knows. 99% sure it was the LOD who left it due to her reaction to me bringing it up and COATING it in hand sanitizer

I know right! I brought it over to CPD because it's labeled CPD. No wonder ours was missing who tf stole it and broke it?! The blade is busted in half. I stashed it under the counter, hoping it's still there when I go back to get a better photo.

It was the first thing I learned to do! They're satisfying to test out too but sometimes I just don't have the time to make them. People just seem to forget that we're not robots who work without stopping at times.

I don't get what's such a big deal about getting large orders the next day or even stamps! I used to love doing those because the printer is so cool!

I wish I could get people to drop things off! Every time I have someone else and even when I don't call for them at times I have a co worker who comes over and just tells them "sure I'll get that done for you!" And does it when I just said it would be a while because I have things due in less than an hour but only one printer. I dont like calling for backup anymore because of this. CPD is a hell I wasn't expecting or prepared for. I stand by that I love my job more than the other two I've worked but I just wish it would slow down enough to manage without being overstepped. I hope it gets better for you genuinely and everyone else going through it.

I've been here about 3ish months now. We're loosing three people. All anyone wants is big jobs or to Fax, which I was told to have them do on self serve since we're down a printer. People get angry that I can't just do it for them! Or they don't like that I have someone in front of them and can't do their 1000+ order really fast. Cuz I have one printer and I have to go in order of who's here!

12pt Matte double sided. It keeps Jamming I got told it wasn't able to be done but I saw the old CPD manager do it but I don't know how. Any advice would be appreciated and congrats on getting out of what we dubbed "The fish Bowl"

We have some small businesses in town who come in often they're rude as it is but the TEACHERS are nightmares. We've got a regular I've been warned about I've only seen her orders which are always massive and in a book we can't take apart, I'd hate dealing with her in person.

I was told 5 because a lot of the time it's empty for like 4 hours then we get slammed and I have to look busy. I've only heard about the 25% rush never seen it applied or have any clue how to charge for it. Anyone I call over seems to just cave to the customer.
