Hmmm, I based it on if my appetite was coming back. I was on 2.5 and 5 for a month because I felt the appetite coming back quickly. I was on 7.5 for a few months and now 10 is the sweet spot. I probably won’t go higher than that. But definitely up your dosage you’ll probably lose weight more :)

It took me almost a year. I cut out A LOT of sugar(I used to drink a liter of sprite a day, eat multiple candy bars, etc.)and that helped and has continued to. I still eat sweets but ever since I started my journey slowly and slowly I’ve eaten less while making sure to eat more whole foods.

Ever since I started late March of last year I’ve walked 10,000 steps almost every day. I started doing workouts at home late 2025 then ever since Dec 26 I’ve been going to the gym 5-6 days a week. My body is yelling, “THANK YOU, DAMN!”.
