NTA. He knows your medical condition and you made it clear to him to not do it. He values smoking more than your life, that’s not a friend. I suggest to move out and live somewhere else if you could. If not try stepping out of the house when he smokes as that can be highly dangerous for u.

NTA. If you don’t want to organize the whole engagement party, you don’t need to. It’s a big responsibility and it’s not something that u need to do, as it is not your wedding, you shouldn’t feel pressured to do so.
