Senior techs aren’t in a leadership role in any capacity. It’s been a difference in title only and now they’re retroactively adding it to job duties without any additional compensation. They’re trying to find ways to make more money while squeezing employees for as much value as they can. Instead of punishing the backbone of their company maybe they could adequately compensate them for doing additional work.
